It is the free listing that decides whether anyone ever reaches your website. Most businesses claim one, fill in half of it, and never touch it again. We fill yours in completely and keep it that way.
Search for "aircon service near me" or "best cafe in Bangsar" on your phone and look at what Google shows first. Before any website, there is a map and a short list of local businesses with photos, star ratings and opening hours.
That list is built entirely from Google Business Profiles. If yours is thin, out of date, or missing the things Google looks for, you do not appear in it, and the people searching never get as far as your site.
It costs nothing to have one. That is exactly why it is the first thing we fix: the gap between a half-filled profile and a complete one is usually the cheapest ranking you will ever buy.
It is also the part of local search you keep. Your profile is your asset, on your Google account, whether or not you carry on working with us.
Your primary category is one of the strongest signals Google has for deciding which searches you belong in. It is also the one most businesses get wrong, usually by adding too many.
We look at the businesses already ranking in the top ten for the search you want and count what they use. Almost always the answer is one main category and nothing more than a couple of supporting ones.
More is not better here. Two categories that overlap heavily split your relevance across both. A category that drifts away from what you actually sell pulls you toward searches you cannot win and dilutes the ones you can.
Google shows a completion indicator on your profile for a reason. A listing with an address, a phone number, a website, opening hours and a booking link reads as a real business. One with three of those reads as abandoned.
We work through every field: the description, the opening hours including public holidays, the service area, the attributes that genuinely apply, and the booking link.
The booking link is the one people skip. Pointing it at your contact page takes a minute and adds a profile feature Google notices.
You can list up to 99 services. Most businesses list four, or none at all. The businesses ranking above you are often carrying twenty or thirty.
Every service you list is another phrase Google can match a search against. Someone searching for a specific thing you do will not find you if the only word on your profile is your category name.
We build the full list from what you actually offer, send it back to you to strike out anything you do not do, and write a short description for the ones that matter most. It is tedious work and almost nobody does it, which is exactly why it moves the needle.
Profiles with photos get looked at. Profiles without them get scrolled past, however well they rank.
We want pictures of the real thing: your premises, your team, your work finished and in place. Stock photography is obvious to customers and does nothing for you.
We add location information to the files before uploading where it makes sense, and we keep adding photos rather than loading forty on day one and stopping. A profile that is updated looks alive to Google and to the person reading it.
Reviews are the part we cannot do for you, and the part that matters most. Google will not let us write them and neither will your customers believe them if we did.
What we can do is make asking easy: a short link you can send the moment a job finishes, and a rhythm for asking rather than a scramble once a year. A steady trickle counts for more than a burst.
We reply to every review that comes in, including the bad ones. A calm, specific reply to a complaint does more for the person reading it later than ten five-star ratings with no response.
A profile is not a form you submit once. Google favours the ones that keep changing.
So there is a weekly rhythm: a short post, new photos when you have them, an answer to any question someone has asked, hours updated before the public holiday rather than after it.
None of this is dramatic. It is the accumulation that works, and it is the reason a competitor who set theirs up two years ago and left it alone can be overtaken by a business that simply keeps showing up.
A profile with one primary category chosen against what is already ranking, and no more supporting categories than help.
Every field completed, including the ones that are easy to miss: the booking link, the service area, public holiday hours, and a description written for a person rather than for a search engine.
A full services list, checked by you, with written descriptions on the ones you most want to be found for.
Photos of your real work, added on an ongoing basis rather than in one batch.
A review link you can send in one tap, and a reply from us on every review that arrives.
A weekly post, so the profile keeps moving.
And a note, in plain English, of what changed and what it did. If something is not working we would rather tell you than let it sit.
Your profile is tied to where you are and who is searching nearby, so the work is different in different places. We cover this market by market: see how it runs in Kuala Lumpur or across Selangor.
If you want the detail for a particular town, we keep a page for each of the areas we work in most, including Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and Subang Jaya.
A profile on its own will take you a long way, but it works better with a website behind it. If yours needs attention first, start with web design, and the pricing page sets out what a build costs.
No. We ask to be added as a manager on the profile itself, which is a separate permission. You stay the owner, you can remove us at any time, and nothing else in your Google account is visible to us.
We create one and take it through verification with you. Verification usually means a postcard, a phone call or a short video, and Google decides which. It can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, and that part is out of our hands.
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Map rankings depend partly on how close the person searching is to you, which nobody can control. What we can do is make sure every factor that is in your control is working in your favour.
Profile work tends to show up faster than website work, often within a few weeks, because you are filling gaps rather than building authority. Competitive searches take longer. We will tell you which one yours looks like after the first check.
No. It is against Google guidelines and profiles do get suspended for it. If your real registered name happens to contain a useful word, that is fine and we leave it alone. We will not add one that is not genuinely yours.
Either works, but they are set up differently. A business customers visit shows its address. A business that travels to customers hides the address and sets a service area instead. We will ask which you are and configure it correctly, because getting this wrong is a common cause of suspension.
It stays yours, with everything we added still on it. You remove our manager access and carry on. We do not hold profiles hostage.
We reply to all of them and give you an easy way to ask for new ones. We will not write fake reviews, buy them, or filter out unhappy customers before they reach Google. That gets profiles suspended and it is not a service we offer.
Send us your business name and we will tell you what is missing from your profile, how many categories and services the businesses above you are using, and whether this is the cheap fix or the long job. No charge, and no obligation afterwards.
We are based in Rawang and meet clients in person across these areas, with the build delivered remotely so distance never holds a project up. See every area we serve.
